Our house is located in the centre of Nauders in a quiet yet central location on the old Roman road "Via Claudia Augusta", in the triangle Austria - Switzerland - Italy. The house "Apart alte Straße" is only about 100 m away from the castle Naudersberg. Enjoy the magnificent view of the Swiss mountains. Shops, restaurants, ski bus stop.... Everything is within walking distance.
Our apartment offers a lot of space and comfort for 2 people, but is also optimally equipped for big and small families, with up to 7 persons.
Our south-facing garden terrace with a playground for our small guests as well as plenty of parking spaces are available for you.

In winter it is only a 3-minute walk to the ski bus stop; the ski bus is FREE. Directly at the Valley Station, our new comfort ski depot is at your disposal. The cross-country ski trail is only about 100 m. A great winter wonderland with an ice rink and a tubing track can be found here in Nauders on the Reschen Pass.
The surrounding area of Nauders is also very popular in summer; it is ideal for motorbike tours, biking, hiking, mountain tours and much more. In summer, we offer a free garage place for bikers. You can park your bicycles in our garage as well.
Our region offers also a free children's program 5 times a week in the summer.
